if i was to include james turrells piece:
james turrells- a mezmerizing illusion of a piece, viewers experience a haunting transition period as their eyes become adjusted to the subdued light, this physical transition mirrors the viewers perceptive shift.

changess...
ive changed my mind on a few things really. i think i kept the artists much alike. ive decided not to use francesca woodman as i liked the fact that the pieces are mostly scuptural and there seems to be a better connection.and they are all quite large so it didnt feel right to put photographs in with it. even though i could have blown them up. i just decided not to. also with the eden project, i loved the architecture alot its just that there a a few pieces within the show that need darkened space so it didnt seem right sticking them in a god sized greenhouse.
i think thats basically it though.
ive placed william pyes pieces on the balcony part as i think that it flows better excuse the pun. they just felt like they needed their own space. richard long has his own wall, and i felt that the station by bill viola was perfect for the middle of the floor as it is free standing and abit of a show stealer i think. another of his pieces the veiling is situated in the corner as the access to it is facing the viewers so its a flowing route. come to think of it its reminding me of a rapid, the movement happening and how viewers are going to move in and out and around the pieces.
as with all my work, i never feel like i have done enough 'playing' as i normally make my mind up and i dont feel the need to change things alot, im happy with the choices ive made and i think that me basing it on an exhibition id really like to go see then to me im finished..
